It is made of very thick and durable plastic and will last many many years and has two hand cutouts on the bottom edge of the bath to make picking up the bath much easier. This bath size is great for birds from Coopers hawk, Harris, Red tail up to Gyrfalcons. It measures 15 1/2″ across and the depth is 4 1/2″. These baths are stack able on each other and store nicely.
