A very popular anklet used around the world by many falconers, not only for their strength but also for their ease of fitting. The bird does not need to be cast to fit these anklets and you do not need a closing tool. The lining is durable and hard-wearing (often used in boot linings) & the rolled edges help prevent feather rubbing on the birds legs. These anklets are pretty easy to put on your hawk or falcon. We do recommend reading our instructions to break them in first before putting them on your bird. Now in 6 sizes.

Instructions to read before putting these removable anklets on your bird.

Before using these anklets it is a good idea to put them together a few times before putting them on your birds legs. We recommend adding some of our leather conditioner on the end of the anklet. This will help it slide through the slit on the anklet easier and will cause less stress on your bird. These openings are made tight so that once the anklets are put together this will keep them closed. This way if a jess falls out in the field the anklets will not come off. ” Hope this suggestion helps.”

CF2 – Size 2 – Lined Removable Falconry Anklets, brown and black for Small Male Harris male Peregrine, M/ North American Goshawk and birds of a similar size. 1/4″ Grommet on anklets.
