Also comes with a separate spike that you can use the main perch top on as a rotating perch that sticks into the ground.

We now offer a great small portable rotating perch sized for merlin’s, kestrels, Sharp-shin hawks and Aplomado falcons.

This rotating perch is mounted to a strong plastic circular pan that will need to have sand poured into it and this will weigh the perch down and then your bird can then be tethered to the perch. The perch height from the sand up to the top of the perch top will be 6 inches and the pan size is 13” diameter and 2” tall pan. Regular sand can be put into the bottom of the pan to weight the portable perch down for use. The perch top is covered with a short nap stadium astro turf that is good for your birds feet. There are two 3/8” holes one on each side of the main perch top frame to attach your leash to.

This perch also comes with a separate perch rod spike that can be used with the top of the rotating perch by pulling the locking pin out and putting the perch top onto this spike. This way you can use this perch also to move your birds outside into your weathering area. When using the portable perch top with the spike rod this perch once pushed into the ground will be 7.5” tall. Overall length of the spike is15” long.

Made from solid steel and powder coated with two coats of exterior bronze paint. This perch should hold up well in all weathers and last for a long time. An excellent size perch for use with Merlin’s, Kestrels, Sharp – Shin hawks or Aplomado falcons. Perch shipping weight is 5 pounds.
